Vamp first reviewed this site six years ago, and since then it's only gotten better. This has to be one of the coolest BDSM toy shops I've visited in awhile! Madame Giggles sells a huge assortment of floggers, stingers and her absolutely unique "Killer Bunnies." Instead of dull turn-key operations with purchased graphics and boring cookie-cutter toys, Madame Giggles creates all of her own products and images. Each toy has a precise description, including measurements and weights. The toys come with a warranty, and all customer service information is spelled out in detail. In fact, Madame Giggles manages to make you WANT to read all that info because she is funny and smart -- and it shows. Custom work is available. Shipping is currently through USPS Priority mail. Rates seem quite reasonable; spend over $100 and shipping is free. Aside from the toys, there is a personal side to this website. Second Sexe is a French language site (thankfully Jane does have a reviewer who speaks French) aimed mainly at women. The site is divided into four sections: La Médiathèque (media library), Le Magasin (store), Le Magazine (magazine), and Le Clube (club). The site really does have a little bit of everything. The media section has a range of french porn for sale as well as audio books (check out the sexy audio sample, it's very well done), and something that they're calling "Sextos" which are sexy text messages and you can order to have sent to your cell phone. The "store" section of the site sells some really cute lingerie as well as the standards (dildos, vibes, lube, bondage gear, books, DVDs). Whenever I run into a business like this, I look for the things that can set them apart...customer service and product descriptions. This site does offer measurements and runtimes (most of the time). They also have a size chart. That is great! They even have a FAQ, and there is customer service information on shipping and privacy. The problem? The contact info is just an online form. This UK shop offers a dizzying array of high quality electrostimulation devices! You'll find control boxes, remotes, insertables, electrodes, furniture, and accessories. The descriptions of the merchandise are quite thorough, and they all have pictures. One of the coolest little tools available is the ABox, a control box that can deliver audio driven electro stimulation. What does that mean? I love the name of this site. Who wouldn't want a paddle from a company called Burning Butt Creations? Unfortunately, that's about the only positive thing I can say about the site. Well, the photos of the fifteen paddles currently available look quite lovely, but there are NO descriptions of these products. I would have loved to have known how large and heavy the paddles are an of what materials they are made. None of this information is available. Nor is there any indication of return policies. If you click on the "shop" link below a paddle, you'll be taken to an off-site secure ordering page. No information is given about shipping prices or delivery schedules.
