This site sells books and ebooks in PDF and ePub format, and a small number of audio CDs. Genres covered include BDSM/fetish, cougars and sugar daddies, fantasy, contemporary, historical, and more. Some of the books offer excerpts, but others just have short blurbs. It looks like readers seem quite satisfied by the products, and they often leave reviews on the site. There are a lot of cool things about this place, like the loyalty points system (for repeat customers) and free delivery. Contact information is also very easy to find, and they have offices in three countries to assist you with orders. The only problems I found here are the lack of a privacy statement, and the baffling lack of information about the lengths of the books and minutes on the CDs. Without lengths listed, you are really buying blind. I noticed that some of the books are offered through other sites (iTunes and Amazon), and so you can find the length out that way. Still, you shouldn't have to waste your time like that. It breaks my heart not to give a Quality rating to a small publisher like this, but I'm afraid that length issue is a dealbreaker. - Vamp

Dionne Galace is an author of erotic romance books, reviewer, and funny as all get out! This website gives a brief bio on the author, excerpts of her books, links to where to purchase, and even offers a couple of free stories. The lion's share of the site, however, is really devoted to reviews of romance novels. Dionne has been writing these reviews since 2005, so she has quite a collection. They are organized chronologically in a blog, but you can sort them by grade and genre as well. Here is an example of her tone: "Have you ever wondered what the Lion King would have been like if it had some sex in it? Have you ever thought to yourself, 'Man, you know what the Lion King was missing? Hot sex. And lesbians. And dudes having sex with each other. How about some of that?'" She has a very witty and irreverent style that I found quite refreshing. In another section of the site called "Cover Snark", she posts pictures of romance novel covers and creates fake blurbs inspired by the art and title. This was a lot of fun to read. They have produced a large body of work under that pen name, and they organize all of it by genre here. They are responsible for The Master Chronicles (vampire/human erotica) and The Calendar Boys (gay erotic novellas), as well as other tales of gay and heterosexual erotic romance. The authors describe each book, supply excerpts, and have links to where to purchase them. There is also a brief bio section, and links to their Livejournal and Twitter accounts. What a delight! This professional organization for artists working in the erotic genre has a website brimming with intellectual and visual experiences. The navigation is very simple and understated, but the art showcased is extraordinary. The member list shows a small selection of work by each artist, and links to where further work can be viewed. There is erotic art by photographers, painters/illustrators, writers, sculptors, and others. I could have spent a great deal of time just getting lost in that, as the members are all quite talented. The articles section is just as tasty, as well as practical. They offer a free information packet for people considering modeling for erotic art, as well as articles on topics such as interacting with models during photo shoots, lighting erotic subjects, and essays on aesthetics. There is also an honest review section that covers artists, literature, and DVDs. If that wasn't enough incentive to visit, they also offer a couple beautiful free ezines, wallpapers, and pda themes. This great little publisher offers original erotic ebooks and books in print. They cover a wide variety of genres including alternate history, GLBT, Westerns, Science Fiction, and Mainstream romance. You can browse the books by genre or author, and most of the ebooks run between $1.99 - $6.99. The site has a content rating system that runs from sensual mainstream romance to dark and sadistic, so you can quickly find books at your own comfort level. Books are also rated by length, with the smallest coming in under 80 pages to the largest at over 400. The customer service and contact info is good, and includes a physical address for the business (but no phone number). You are able to download your purchase right after the transaction in many formats including Mobipocket, Hiebook, Microsoft Ebook, html, Gemstar, Adobe Reader, and Palm. One of the coolest things about this publisher is that they have a "Mojocastle Bookshelf" feature that is a virtual library space for your ebooks. The free magazine is largely made up of ads for clubs and adult services, but it also includes articles and some adult news. There is a classified ads section and some interviews as well. The video section has scenes from different strip clubs and tells you what dancer you are looking at, as well as the club's location. There are also interviews with porn stars such as Candy Hart, Chayse Evens, Jenna Haze, and Jesse Jane. V.W. Singer writes hardcore BDSM fiction with settings as diverse as ancient Rome, Britain under Henry VIII and a future where "fems" are kept as well-trained slaves. Enter the site to read excerpts from each novel and view the computer-generated (*cough*lame*cough*) cover artwork. You'll find scenes of male/female and female/female domination and sex; there's no male/male contact here at all. Consider yourself warned: Even the excerpts are hardcore. Be prepared for graphic descriptions of sexual sadism and torture. If non-consensual activity bothers you, steer clear of V.W. Singer's work. If you're into sadism, you'll certainly find your fill. Is it interesting? Hot? Well-written? I polled a smattering of folks on Twitter. They called the writing stiff, uninspired, scary, misogynistic, and anatomically incorrect. Even my most pain-loving friend found the excerpts too rough to handle. Nevertheless, tastes vary and you might find something here that really trips your personal trigger. D.J. Manly specializes in gay male erotic fiction. This site lists his many books in terms of category (paranormal, contemporary, futuristic/fantasy, or anthology). He provides excerpts of many of the books, and often posts a small review by one of his readers. He doesn't sell any of the books himself, but he does point to the various publishers that carry them. I found his "Amusing Amanda" series of particular interest, as it is written about a woman who likes to watch men make love. This site gives a list of her books, and short excerpts of each one. The ebooks are purchased through other sites. They seem to include quite a few unusual themes, and to span genres from science fiction to paranormal. There is a calendar on the site, wallpapers, bookmarks, and a link to her blog. Ann Jacobs is an award winning author of erotic romance novels that cover contemporary, BDSM, futuristic, paranormal, historical, and comedy genres. This website lists all of her novels and gives a brief description and excerpt from each of them. There are also a couple of free stories and links to her blog and yahoo group. I always love reading about authors, and she has a nice bio section and a lot of pictures. It seems that she really enjoys her fans, so there are lots of fun things like contests and free bookmarks. I noticed that she has a lot of futuristic science fiction BDSM stories, cowboys, harems, and medieval content. So, if any of those trip your trigger, you should definitely take a look here. Are you a fan of romantic or erotic books and ebooks? Then you will love this site! The navigation can be a bit easy to get lost in, but the content is well worth it. There are lots of honest reviews of the literature, and all of them (that I read) had a very conversational and friendly tone to them. It was exactly like sitting down with a cup of coffee and talking this stuff over with a friend. They review all sorts of books, but the main focus is definitely erotica/romance. Aside from the reviews, they offer quite a bit more. There are organized live chats for fans, contests, interviews, an active forum, a bunch of free material to read, and a lot more. I was especially impressed with the Reader's Community Page which helped promote conversation and friendship amongst fans. It is a great page for aspiring writers, since it lists publishing sites and offers help and services to authors. There is a bookstore on the site. Some of the genres covered include fantasy, historical, GLBT, inspirational, thriller, and erotica. They are offered at reasonable prices for immediate download in html, .lit, and .pdf formats. All in all, this seems like a real labor of love produced by fans and independent writers within the genre. I was very impressed, especially with the sense of community. Write-to-Excite aims to service all the women out there who enjoy erotica but find themselves woefully underrepresented in the erotic fiction that they find. No longer will you have to complain about the female characters not having exactly the same hair colour and name as you - WtE has got you covered with "personalized" erotic stories. What does "personalized" mean, you ask? It's like an adult version of those stories you can buy for kids with their name and a few details included in the plot. After registering for an account with WtE, you will fill out a few forms asking for details about your appearance and preferences (my breasts are "medium" size and "perky", I want my lover's name to be ____, etc). You can then read short samples of stories and select the type of story you want: romantic, threesome, bondage, etc. Then the good people at WtE will insert your details into the story so that when you read it the story appears to be about you! I personally found this concept a tad cheesy and unnecessary, but I'm sure there are women out there who have trouble projecting themselves into stories where the heroine doesn't have their name and height; and these women will most likely enjoy this site's services. Lauren is a self-described suburban housewife and mom who got her start writing while on bedrest during a pregnancy. She has proven to be a prolific author over what is actually a very short time, offering several different series of novels via ebook or in paper. I saw two different paranormal werewolf series of books, a paranormal witch series, a contemporary romance series as well as a collection of stand-alone novels with a variety of themes. Many of those, but not all, have a paranormal theme. I was tickled to see that she also lives in the Seattle area - we do like our smut, we do we do. Stop by her site just to look at the cover art for her stories - some significant eye candy - but then I think if you read some of the excerpts offered you may find yourself ordering something. Pornartgraphy features the erotic writing of Katrina B, an adult film actress and model. Here, she offers a 226 page e-book in pdf format featuring short erotic stories and some photos of herself. The stories are very intense and erotic, but could definitely use proofreading. The photos at the end of the e-book are pin up style shots of Katrina that are extremely pixelated and poor quality. Wow - this is my new favorite site! xNovel is an ever-growing archive of the golden age of pulp novels. The stuff that I hid in the coal bin or under my mattress during my formative years. This site is all free, making it a labor of love for the owner. Those dirty paperback books - from now-defunct publishing houses - from the 60's to the 80's are captured here in full. In many cases this is even including the original cover art. You can read it online or you can download in zipped text files to enjoy at your leisure. At time of review they have over 700 titles, searchable by author, by series, and so forth. They actively solicit help from folks of similar tastes to obtain, proofread, scan, and otherwise help in adding to the collection. Their links page is a great list of similarly minded sites. The text in this free site is a bit awkward, obviously translated from the original German. Please don't let that slow you down in your enjoyment of the photography presented here. The artist is Sabine Modotti, born in Italy but long residing and working in Germany. I thoroughly enjoyed her work, notable for the softcore sensuality and bright coloring. On the site are links to a downloadable book of her work as well. I saw nothing particularly hardcore, and for that matter saw no identifiable faces.
