Happy New Year! This was how I spent my new year’s day yesterday. After 2 days of skiing and a late night on the Eve, we weren’t sure at first if we were going to ski again yesterday, but after a peek outside at blue skies in the morning we just had to do it. Elliott snapped this up at the tip-top of the mountain right before the clouds started to come in. We had the absolute best time, that was probably the nicest snow I’ve ever had the good fortune to ski on.

We’re taking the girls for their first snowboard lesson this coming weekend, weather permitting, and I’m really hoping they like it. I want more things we can do together as a family. If they do end up liking it, we’re thinking of taking them on a trip for spring break, assuming we can afford it. :)

Anyhow… back to the work thing now. I updated the galleries here at JG today with a sample set from photographer Jay GreenMan, who shoots for the Grace and Beauty website. I enjoy their site, a refreshing softcore spot in the sea of hardcore out there. Hope you like it!
