I admit it, I have a total fear of the telelphone. I don’t know why exactly, but I think it has far more to do with my years working for an airline in telephone reservations than it does with my few short months as a phonesex operator. heh.

So I lost my PADI dive card, sometime since our trip to Mexico in October of ‘04. I need it for Jamaica, obviously. I lost my logbook as well, and I can’t quite figure it out. We haven’t moved, and while I am not a packrat I don’t make it a habit to throw out stuff I actually  need. But thanks to the beauty of the internet I was able to look up my PADI dive certification online and apply for a new card, all without the horror (oh, the horror!) of actually talking to a live human being. Yay!
