Yow, but I’ve been swamped with stuff lately. I owe a zillion emails, I’ve had to cancel some of the pilates sessions I’ve been teaching, and to top it off all of the stress caused Elliott and I to have our very first actual squabble of our 3+ year relationship.
To cope, I just finished doing some yoga and I’m off to the gym in a few minutes to burn some calories on a treadmill. The weather here has turned to slop again, so no dog walking for me.
Anyhow, I didn’t mean to post a short pissy entry, but I haven’t checked in for a few days and I thought I should. The happy news is my new Jane tshirts will be done in a week or so, the new icons for my all-new site design are beyond cute (thanks, Rae!) and it’s all coming together. Most of my stress has been on the home front, with teenagers and home remodels.
On a happy note, my kitten Sherman is kicking some butt on kittenwar.com. hee!

Treadmills are a great piece of exercise equipment, not only do you get to exercise your legs, your arms also get to work out as well.Treadmills also have speed settings, so you can choose the speed that is right for you. Beginners can start with a small jog.,
