Okie, so here’s the deal: we launched, we faltered, we launched again. On Monday, we put up our 10th anniversary Jane redesign, only to have glitches that made all of you IE users unable to access – well, just about everything. It took us a day to get a heads-up (and thanks to you, J., for giving us that) and then we went to fixing it up. So. I THINK you should be able to see us now, but to set my mind at ease, could some of you IE users just post a little comment here letting me know everything is good for you? Pretty please with sugar on top?

Well, I can’t check definitively on IE – which was the whole problem to begin with – but hopefully it is all better now. For those of you on IE, I echo Jane and Jack’s plea that you switch to Firefox. Everything was fine on IE until we decided to get “fancy” and add the search box on the home page. Seriously! A little tiny search box broke the whole site! And I thought that I was anal-retentive! :)
Anyways… after 24 hours of me fiddling and then asking Jack/Jane to check the site for me (I’m a Mac girl with no access to IE), we present to you JanesGuide 10th Anniversary Edition, Take 2…

It’s appearing just fine now for me- for a myriad of reasons I don’t use firefox- laziness among them, so am very happy it’s working well on IE!

yay! Thanks Bill and stasia for letting me know. We checked it all out, but I was still being worried because I don’t have Vista so I couldn’t do a platform/browser check.

Sooooo cute a design! Love how the themes all tie in together. And I’m on IE and it works great…

Does not work on IE6 Express. Your blog is perfectly readable but on the reviews, the right side is blocked with a Navy blue band. I’m glad I paged thru your blog or I would never have figured out what was going on.
