And the new hair is fabulous. I haven't been by the site in quite some time, and I was delighted to discover that you're blogging again. I was in college when you were in your early thirties, and back then your blog helped me enormously with figuring out - and feeling normal and good about - all sorts of things to do with BDSM, being poly, and just being a woman. Thank you for that. You were such a helpful role model to me, so it warmed my heart to discover you're back blogging. Jane, I just have to gush a little: you are *so* cool. There were a large number of cops but no guns & urban assault vehicles. None of it made sense unless you looked up & saw the full moon. Ain’t having neighbors grand? lol! That sounds like something that could happen in our neighborhood. Oh wait, that DID happen here a few years ago when the police busted our neighbor for running meth lab. This family had lived there for years, their kids were friends with ours, then the guy got laid off, a few years went by, and then we find out he and his wife started using and then manufacturing meth right next door. And with their son living there. The bust took place in the early morning hours, around 4:00AM, and it was quite a noisy surprise!
