		<description>My Grandpa had an interesting anecdote about jury duty. He's in his 80's and apparently has always wanted to be called, but it never happened. Within a week of my Grandmother's death, he was called - he was utterly certain it was her, "pulling some strings." 

I think it's strange how most people want to get out of it. It's such an interesting part of American law and government, I really wanted to do it. Unfortunately, after several hours of jury selection questioning today, I didn't get picked. 41 of us, and only 12 selected of course. Now I'm still on call for another 10 days, so maybe....</description>
