but this weekend is devoted to my shop. I did a major re-arrange, and today I’m making the back room look as pretty as the front room. I hate having customers come in and ask if I have a bathroom, and I lie because I don’t want them to see the bare concrete floors, unpainted walls, and super-ugliness of the whole thing.
Today shop day, tomorrow JG day. :)
Last night the power went out for a big part of the city, for about 5 hours. I was at a wine tasting, and it made it only more gorgeous because it was done by candlelight. Tonight we’re going to go see WhipIt! I love Drew Barrymore and I love roller derby!

Yes,indeed,the new era of roller derby(flat track)is really gathering momentum.There is a two year old league up here called the Roller Betties.A friend of a friend was an original member of the Throttle Rockets of the Rat City Rollergirls.Bad girls lettin’ the good times roll.
