so today kinda sucked

After more than a year, I read a “consultant’s” opinion of JG. Yes, you read that right. And while certain consultant is lovely and prolific, that didn’t make her take less 1. infuriating at what she was massively off-base on and 2. painful at what she had dead-on. Oh. and 3. bewildering in my attempt to stay current that made me (JG) (4.) “no longer credible’.
yeah. I admit, I’ve been skating for 6 years. But that doesn’t make it hurt any less when at one point I was not only taking quite a bit of heat for “destroying” the adult industry, but also had zero social network to prop me up.

oh, hey: can I have “team janie” now? (if I need to explain that, comment me)

Sheesh,Jane that sounds rather harsh.I am a fairly recent fan of J’s G. and I only know what I have observed in the past seven months and a few forays in the archives to give context to something you wrote in Jane Says. How is it you were deemed to be destroying the industry? And who are ‘team janie’ ?

I’m rather thrilled that you’re at a point where it makes sense for you to turn your attentions more onto JG again! It’s always been something of a haven on the interwebs and – as you might say – “Quality/Original”!
Consultants can be tough, especially when they get things wrong. It’s smart to seek an outside opinion but I think it’s maybe even smarter to remain faithful to your own vision. I’ll just reiterate that JG is a crucial alternative to what’s out there and I hope you’ll enjoy working on it anew. P.S. – Loving seeing you on Twitter. Cheers!
