Most delicious dessert I’ve made in awhile was last night, and so simple:
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cardamom
6-8 apricots, halved and pitted
1 cup creme mascarpone cheese
agave nectar
Mix 1 cup brown sugar with 1 tsp cardamom, put most in baking dish
