Laya Spot Vibe

Here’s another toy that makes me just a tad jealous that I’m not a woman. The Laya Spot is an ergonomically-designed vibrator that fits perfectly into the palm of your hand and is contoured to comfortably stimulate the clitoris and the vulva. At your fingertips is a pair of buttons that allow you to not only easily control the intensity of the vibrations, but also select from a few different rhythms. Powered on a couple of AAA batteries, the Laya Spot is small enough to keep in your purse, making it great for impromptu, on-the-go masturbation sessions. And it’s fairly quiet, so you won’t wake your neighbors. It’s atypical design provides a couple of extra benefits. One, you can easily use it to massage sore neck and shoulder muscles. Two, if it were discovered in your purse by someone else, they’d most likely believe you when you said it was for massaging sore neck and shoulder muscles.
My partner tried it out and liked the way it offered a full genital massage. However, she’s spoiled on more powerful electric wand-style vibrators and found the Laya Spot not quite packing enough punch for her. She said it was enough to warm her up, but needed more to bring her home.
So, there you go. If you are sufficiently satisfied by battery-run vibes, the Laya Spot ($45) will make a great addition to your nightstand or toy chest. If, on the other hand, your Hitachi Magic Wand is hardwired to the outlet beside your bed, chances are the Laya Spot will fall short of blowing your mind.

Hi have to agree with your gf on this one. I’ve been majorly spoiled with more powerful and direct vibrators. Lava spot didn’t quite take me all the way, well, a few times yes. It helps to have really good batteries to go with it, no cheap ones.
Cheers

I agree that it is a gentler kind of vibrator. If I have been using my wand regularly then I need to take a break from it to respond well to other vibrators and even my own fingers. But like your girlfriend I like the Laya for full labia stimualtion.

I tried one of these and it died the first? second? time I used it.
I’ll stick with the Candida Royalle ones, much more reliable in my experience.

Word of warning, this is going to sound really really stupid, and yes, I’m experienced in the use of sex toys… but do not insert the layaspot inside of you!
My boyfriend and I were having some fun, and he decided it would feel really good for me if he inserts the vibe in me… and it got STUCK. It wedged itself all the way up inside, and the more we tried to get it out, the higher up it went. We couldn’t fit our fingers around it to pull it out, so had to attempt using spoons, which didn’t work either.
So, there we are, after an hour, me in utter panic because I didn’t want to go to the ER and have THAT in my records, so we decided to visit a sex store to buy a speculum. So, we’re driving to the sex store w/ the vibe STiLL buzzing away inside of me and the bf runs into the store to buy it. Another hour and we are home, he cranks me open, and with the combo of speculum, spoons, lots of pushing and grunting, we get it out.
I haven’t touched the vibe since, but I must admit the battery life of this thing is great!

The Layaspot has become quite a popular adult toy, but it’s clearly for clitoral stimulation and not great for penetration. Not saying you can’t try, just saying you’ll probably be a little disappointed.
